Kids ages 2 - 5 enjoy fun stories along with related art or science activities.

HOMESCHOOL PROGRAMS

Individual students and parents or small homeschool groups may sign up for these events designed especially with homeschoolers in mind. MAS SAMPLER DAY

• Monday, September 8 | 10 a.m. - 1 p.m.
• Ages: 6 - 12
• Children and Adults $5

Sample the Museum’s on-going educational programming. Meet some of the fascinating animals that live in our Mini-Zoo, tour the night sky in the Planetarium, visit one of the Museum’s current exhibits, and explore the plants and animals in their natural habitat as you trek the Sweet Gum Nature Trail. Experience it all in one exciting day!

MAPS: TOOLS FOR ADVENTURE

• Monday, October 6 | 9 a.m. - 12 p.m.
• Age groups: 6 - 12 and 12 - 18
• Children and Adults $5

Grab your exploring tools and follow the path to the Museum for an exciting journey through our MAPS: Tools for Adventure exhibition. Find out how maps have led to wondrous discoveries and have helped explorers solve titillating mysteries. Leave the museum equipped with the skills necessary to explore your own world.
